This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (as an individual or entity, hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Zhulin, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhulin") regarding the use of the Zhulin Global CA Certificate Patch Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you fully understand and agree to be bound by these terms. 1.Service Description
The Zhulin Global CA Certificate Patch Service is a digital certificate and certification service provided by Zhulin, Inc., aimed at providing users with incremental updates and patches for globally trusted root certificates. Through this service, users can ensure that their systems or applications receive the latest trusted root certificate information in a timely manner, thereby enhancing network security and certification accuracy. This service includes but is not limited to the following functions:
Providing Zhulin Global CA Certificate Patches: Zhulin will regularly release patches for its Global CA certificates to ensure their security and reliability. These patches will contain the latest security fixes and improvements to help users protect their systems from potential security threats.
Providing Incremental Updates for Globally Trusted Root Certificates: Zhulin will monitor changes to globally trusted root certificates and provide users with real-time incremental updates. This will ensure that users’ systems or applications always use the latest and most secure root certificates.
Providing Technical Support and Services Related to Electronic Certification: Zhulin will provide users with comprehensive technical support and services related to electronic certification, including certificate installation, configuration, troubleshooting, etc. Additionally, Zhulin will provide training and consulting services to help users better understand and use electronic certification technology.
2.Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
Except for digital certificates organized as “Zhulin, Inc.,” the ownership of certificates belongs to the organization or company indicated in the organization information on the digital certificate: This means that, except for Zhulin’s own digital certificates, the ownership of all other certificates obtained through this service belongs to the organization or company specified in the certificate.
Zhulin retains ownership and intellectual property rights to the Service and its related technologies, software, documentation, and other materials: This includes but is not limited to the source code, algorithms, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, etc., of the Service. Without Zhulin’s written permission, users may not copy, modify, rent, sell, or otherwise distribute the aforementioned materials.
Users should respect and protect Zhulin’s intellectual property rights and refrain from engaging in any activities that infringe upon Zhulin’s intellectual property rights: This includes unauthorized use of Zhulin’s trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.
3.Usage Restrictions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhulin’s total liability for all claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to Zhulin: Even if Zhulin is found liable for damage to the User, the compensation amount will not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service.
Zhulin makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, continuity, or error-free nature of the Service: The Service may be affected by various factors, including network failures, hardware failures, software errors, etc., and Zhulin cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available, continuous, or error-free.
5.Privacy Policy
Zhulin respects the User’s privacy rights and will take reasonable measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure: Zhulin will comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations to protect the User’s personal information security.
When using the Service, Users may need to provide some personal information, such as contact details. Zhulin may collect and use Users’ non-personal information, such as usage statistics, to improve service quality and user experience: This information will not be used to identify Users personally.
6.Changes to Terms
Zhulin has the right to modify these terms at any time and publish the modified terms on the Zhulin official website. Users should regularly review these terms to stay informed of the latest content: If Users do not agree to the modified terms, they should immediately stop using the Service.
If Users do not agree to the modified terms, they should immediately stop using the Service. Continuing to use the Service indicates that Users accept the modified terms: Zhulin encourages Users to review these terms before each use of the Service to ensure they understand and agree to the latest terms.
7.Termination
If Users violate any provision of these terms, Zhulin has the right to terminate the provision of the Service to Users at any time without prior notice or any liability: If Users violate these terms, Zhulin may immediately stop providing the Service and take necessary legal action.
Users may also stop using the Service at any time but should bear any consequences arising therefrom: Users can stop using the Service at any time, but they are responsible for any consequences that may arise from their cessation of use.
8.Legal Application and Dispute Resolution

Users should respect and comply with all interpretations and decisions made by Zhulin, Inc. regarding this Agreement.
Disclaimer: Zhulin, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or profit loss. This disclaimer applies even if Zhulin, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Liability: Users understand and agree that Zhulin, Inc. is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or omissions of any third party, including but not limited to any websites, applications, or other online platforms accessed by Users through this Service.
Force Majeure: Zhulin, Inc. bears no responsibility for service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by force majeure events. Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, public network failures, etc.
